A plain facade with a dark history, Berlin, Germany. This is the building that housed Herman Goering’s Luftwaffe (Air Force) Ministry.

One of the few examples of Nazi architecture in Berlin to escape destruction during World War II, this building was adopted for use by the Communist East German Government, housing their Ministry of Ministries.

Today, it is home to the united Germany's Ministry of Finance.
